At AquaTru, we want you to be completely satisfied with your water purification system. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price.
Initiate Your Return
Contact our customer support team via email or phone to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and receive the return shipping address.
Pack Your System
Securely pack your AquaTru unit and all components in the original packaging to ensure the item is protected from damage during transit.
Ship the Package
Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box and drop off the package at your nearest authorized shipping carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
